Another, Oh My Lord in heaven day!

Monday was a day at sea, so Steve and I went to the pool, I had gone earlier then Steve came, he reads and does his Bible study which takes him forever but that probably is a good thing, the Good Lord knew I would need a praying husband.  On my last cruise with Sherry when we were at the pool they had a harry chest competition and I said, I wish Steve was here, he would win!! Because Steve is like Chubaka, well this is how this went down!! I thought they had already had the contest when I got to the pool, I sat, had intended to read somewaiting on my dear gullible, naive harry husband……….took some picks of what I was looking at for you.then here comes my sweetieNOW there is a DJ playing music, which is nice, a big screen TV which has a lot of under water videos on it, or movies, then the cruise guy who does games said, ITS TIME FOR THE HARRY CHEST COMPETION!!!! Keep in mind Steve had just sat down, I said Steve you have to do this, you will win!! He said no, no, then all my friends that I had been talking to for about a hour said oh, come on,  so he said ok, what I did not know is they get eight women from the audience, then the women go out into the audience and pick the men, the men have to have their shirts on, well, well, well! Steve followed me like a little lamb being led to the slaughter, he had NO IDEAL what he would have to do, I was loving it!  We got down closer to the front and when the ladies walked out to pick their man, one picked Steve, of course I was saying you will want him, he is harry!!! SO There goes all the eight men. they go up a stairway, then men have to dance down this stair way, take off their shirt and strut their stuff…..I am about to totally die! Keep in mind this is on video for the whole world to see and there is about a 1000 people all around, thankfully Steve was the last one to go, so he knew his competion, and when he started down those stairs, I am not sure where he was in his mind, but it was way back when we were young, he totally strutted his stuff, took his shirt off and danced all the way down, then danced with the stairway at the end of the stairs………think on that one of course I was videoing him and he walked over to me and started nasty dancing, I bout died again, of course this is all on the ships video, then he was on stage, you have to give your most sexy inviting pose and he did, he got on his knees and held out his arms,  motioned for you to come, his one liner was, I am looking at you, looking at me……one man’s one liner was “ let me check you for ticks” the cruise people, said what?? ticks??? Then the time came, the judge ladies go up and kiss on the check the men who are leaving,  Steve got kissed, BUT it does not end here, the Cruise game guy, said NO WAY, he is not going any where and kept Steve on stage…….I did not remember this part from the previous cruise, so now it is narrowed down to four men, they have to come on up stage dancing, dance with the judges, then they have to do a Tarzan call!  I figured Steve would just drop out by then BUT OH NO, he played it out till the end, something about Averitt’s and competion….his Tarzan call started out like he just hit puberty, then got loud, beating himself o the chest….that’s my hubbby! he did not win, another man who really was harrier if you can believe that with a loud Tarzan call won….but my baby won in my book, and to think he did all that and had not had one drop to drink…there is no way I would of EVER done that, and I am the out going one !he did tell me he came over to me and danced like that to make sure I was in the video with him we stayed at the pool all day, met some interesting people from all over, found out that the person who choked did survive and was ok thank you Lord! Before we left we danced on deck and  this lady came over to Steve and said, OH!!! You were in the harry man contest!! he just smiled, said Yes I was….Then we went to dinner, tonight was Elegant night, so we dressed up, we had lobster, shrimp, steak, prime rib and it was all so good, there is food every where, you can literally eat 24/7, but we are both showing restraint….after dinner we went into the casino, it was a little too smoky, we walked around the floor and saw some of the lounges and different things to do aboard ship from ping pong, to chess, to golf, theatre, so many, many things to do! but it was about 10ish and you know us, we came back to the room and laughed about our day!  I told my sweet hubby our video of him will be kept with in our children, BUT who knows what happens to the cruise video, I will for sure buy oneToday is another sea day….I will be looking to see what I can get us into they do have Karaoke and sing along and bingo, all kinds of trivia games……..I will let you know tomorrow what happens today, have a fun day and Lord bless and keep us all!
