Thank the Lord it is FRIDAY!

Today was so nice here, lots of sun shine and warm weather, makes me ready fro spring, I even bought a fern for my porch, knowing full well I will have to bring it in...but it looks pretty on my porch! A lady is coming tomorrow to plant flower bulbs and get my flower beds ready for spring:) When they grow I will show them to you!! I closed a deal today and all went well with that, if my low back will quit hurting I may shop for me something to wear to the awards banquet for real estate:)
Tonight is quiet and I am alone for the night:) Steve is sitting with Jimmy Maxwell at the hospital so Sherry can stay the night at their home, Jimmy is doing better but do not stop praying, he still has a long way to go:) April made plans for the weekend with her brother:)

Now you may think I have totally lost it, but I may get a horse!! A friend has one she is looking for a home for and I am seriously thinking I want it!! for real:) It is 12 and was her daughters horse, if I can find a boarding place I may have to go and get it!! I guess I need to remember all the time and money they take and the cleaning of the stall:) Maybe I will come to my senses before I do it:)

Kay is at the condo for the weekend with her girl friends, I would go too but I do not want to be too far aways in case Sarah does not wait till wed. to have Cole:)

Well Sarah went to the Dr. today and she is almost 3 cim and over 50% efaced but no labor pains yet;) she will be induced Wed. am at 6:30 if she does not go into labor, she is due this Saturday....probably a big boy!! Although Sarah does not look that big or swollen, she looks real good, can not even tell she is PG from the back, except fro a little waddle:)) She is so pretty! I am getting so excited about baby Cole. I told Steve lets go out of town this weekend and then said no as I was going to make hotel reservations for us, that we can not go Cole may come!!! So we may go to LR at the new shopping ares on Chenal, I have seen the outside but not been there!! I will go for sure and see them unless I am at the hospital:)
Yea and AMEN on Jimmy Maxwell, he has finally slow down draining bile out his drain tube and is on liquids again...pray he continues to heal, then he can go home and get well:))
Today was not too bad, although I did not get to take the boys for their hair cut!! I told Hannah do not cut it, I will do it tomorrow:)) she said she was leaving me a comment so we will see. I was at office then to Lugis for listing appointment with the owner and then to my brothers to help him with some deals;) then to the office and to the home I sold on Johnson, OMG that is the very best built home I have been in in a long long time, Brad Medlock built it and he is fabulous! A lot of trim and moldings and just the extra touches that make it look so quality! I normally do not work too much with builders but he is one I would be proud to recommend! They will close tomorrow...so that is why I need to shop:) I work hard and play hard:)) Last night miss April got in bed with us and we all watched American idol then she feel asleep;) I ask Steve can you carry her to her bed now:) she was very snuggly and soft and of course beautiful! April is trying to hear what the Lord is telling her right now so keep her in your prayers. Well tomorrow I am getting another massage for my neck but not deep;) my low back and shoulder are bothering me all week;(( and I am tired of it! I normally feel so good, I forgot what it is like to feel yucky. I have had a headache all day too so say a little prayer for me. I made my appointment with the Dr. to get my kidney scaned on the 18th., that was hard for me to do in case something is wrong I do not want to be sick again...but did it anyway cause I had to, it has been six months and I need to know...so keep that in your prayers too...going to do face book and emails and go to bed....nite

IS this Monday????

This sure feels like a Monday!! I started the day at home doing much needed paper work to get ready for my day, then off to a meeting with two agents, and lunch with Sherry Maxwell at Larry's pizza...she is doing well and Jimmy is holding his own, still needs healing! I got a call form a buyer to look at my Lakeview home and went and showed it, it was not for them but I will let them know about other homes in the area:) Then to LR to list a home, I met the neatest couple, they are both attorneys ( real Estate ) they bought the Ham's home, he has 25 rental properties and let me list one today:) YEA GOD!! I had been praying for listings this week, I ask the Lord for four new ones and so far I have three!! I am still looking for the fourth one, I have an appointment on one tomorrow in WLR:) then I will start asking the Lord for the buyers and for the listings to sell....guess God knows I pray a lot, I am thankful He never gets tired! Speaking of tired I am so tired tonight, we had home group and it was great, Regina, Mark's mother is in town, she is such a lovely woman and a Godly woman, I love her so much, anyway she got to come too!! It is good to see her:) she is just beautiful too! I am getting ready to go to bed and watch American idol.....and go to sleep. Tomorrow Steve and I are taking Max and Blake for a hair cut, I ask Hannah shear happy mother that she is not to cut their hair anymore, ( so they will not look like cancer survivors ) that I would take them!! Tomorrow should be a easier day for me, not so many appointments as of now...I remind my self it is the appointments that keep me in business and pay my bills and let me have money to play! nite

Today I went to show Rob Post a home and saw his mare with her new filly!! The pic is not very good, but you can see it some:) this always adds a bright spot to my day:) After driving to Stonelinks and finding out the house is not there I went to Faulkner lake road only to go to hwy 70 and needed to be on Hwy 165, so a phone call to Rob and finally going the right way I pick him up and we looked at the home he had told me about:) then on the way to Morgan to look at a subdivision, it was my first big commerical deal in 2002 and is ready with the curbs and streets fro homes to be built! Sales meeting was good and we had several homes to tour today, so if you need one call me:))) Then I had to go to the store and buy food for my family:) April fried chicken breast and creamed potatoes and my sister had some baked beans she did, they were yummy and a meal in them self with meat and other goodies, she had made it for 90 people for Mr. Smth her father in law, actually she is divorced from Colin but they live across the street form each other and are still together as far as I am concerned and have been since seventh grade....go figure that one:)

Drew called and said his grand father is doing so much better, keep him ( Ray Parker in your prayers ) and Jimmy Maxwell in your prayers, he had been in the hospital three weeks now:(( but is hold his on as of today.

I took the time to have my nails done, Alicia said how nice I looked today and saw my nails and said you look so professional till I saw your nails:))) it is terrible but it is hard for me to sit and get that done, you would think I would enjoy it but I don't:(( I try too:) Well got home and had the chills and went to bed under my electric blanket:) now I feel fine, I could not get warm.....well going nite nite!

Today I took Cali my little wienie dog to have surgery, she had a cyst removed and she did great:) I kept my sweet Peyton for a short while, Jenn took Lalia in to get her shots with Dr. Wilson, who is Pam Cupples Richey's daughter, my mtg. friend I showed you a pic of:) I worked out of the WLR Pleasant Ridge office today, it was busy:)) Although I did not sell any home today....bummer! But there is always tomorrow!! Tuesdays are always a full day with sales meeting and property tour.....so I will get to bed early so I will be ready:)) I need to go to Fairfield Bay and check on the condo but not sure when I can do that:) Hope nothing is froze or the electricity hasn't been off, my sister and her friends are suppose to go there Friday for the weekend. I talked to Sarah today and she is pretty miserable and pregnant, she is due this Friday:)) who knows maybe tonight????? I told Sean not to wait too long since they live a hour away from the hospital:)) I am so excited and ready for baby Cole:)

well, going to call it a night and watch House and go to bed and read the rest of Angels in the ER, its a ok book:) nite (in reading this it is what I called fruit salad communicating when I was working as a therapist:) a little bit of everything, jumping form one thing to the next:))

SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!!

Not that I am a fan of football, but I did buy some boxes when Steve and I were at Jansen's in Edgemont, my numbers are 9 and form what I do know 9's will be a miracle:)) I do like the commericals, Alex is here, Jill is in Osceola with Our pastor cary and Sarah and Jackson at the Weavers church hosting a revival. So Alex came home from church with Steve. I decided to just stay home today and had planned on getting outside in the lovely weather but I never got dressed! Its been a much needed quiet family day:) Jared and Jenn and the girls came over till half time, we got chicken for dinner and I made homemade mac and cheese and corn, our favorite comfort meal!! I am having to put my self on the wagon, I have been nibbling Thu out the week end and have not lost weight this week:((( Lap band is great but if you eat all day long it does not work....you still have to have control of your self:) so I got to get it back!! and will!!
Molly is here with April, they have had some good girl friend time and April is working on a home work assignment:) for real!! Mr. Drew has been at the hospital with his grand father he continues to need healing and your prayers, and remember Jimmy and Sherry Maxwell too!
I almost forgot my sister came over after church and she got to take home so of my soup and I sent some to Beverly Pierce who got hurt riding a horse:( and I sent some to Sean's Sarah:) I still have some left and will take it to my mother tomorrow:) well going to read and sleep! nite
